Cold Stone cake batter ice cream may be one of my favorites of all time. I don't even need any mix-ins. This is the at home fake out. I've been using half-n-half instead of cream, but I think it might be better with at least one cup of cream. It's a little thin without cream.
1 cup whole milk (I used 2%)
2 cups cream (I used half-n-half)
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup cake batter (I used yellow cake batter)
I mixed all the ingredients in a blender and chilled in the fridge for about an hour. Then put into the ice cream maker for 30 minutes.
